HALL builds its projects up a ladder: finish one step, then start the next. The AI comes first, because Yogi makes every step after it faster and cheaper to build. Each project has a bar that fills as people fund it, and one that fills up early can start early. Even if a project isn’t fully funded, HALL will still try to build it, paying the rest from its own earnings. Funding isn’t refunded, and every funder gets karma as a thank-you.
